Today, 6 May, 2012, we celebrate Joyce Yeo’s baptism. Joyce is the second child of Mary. Mary’s son Matthew was baptised a few years earlier. Whereas Matthew was quick to accept the Lord, Joyce was more resistant. But her heart slowly changed as she studied the bible and saw her friends changed for the Lord. We are so happy for her. To God be the glory.

Jeremy’s Baptism 14 April 2012
We are so happy to see Jeremy make his decision to put Jesus the Lord of his life. Jeremy was very eager to know God. He has read the entire bible in different versions fifteen times. His mother, Nancy, was a great support to him in his spiritual growth.
Xue Yi’s Baptism 1 April 2012
Almost two years ago, Xue Kai, Xue Yi’s brother decided to make Jesus the Lord of his life. Today, we had the pleasant experience of seeing her making her decision to be baptised. We are very delighted by her decision. Her parents came down from Kuala Lumpur to share about her change and growth in Christ. They shared that Xue Yi used to be a very quiet girl but with her new found faith, she has learned to be expressive and emotionally connected. To God be the glory, Amen!
Eve’s Baptism 23 March 2012
Last year, Linda and her two teenage children walked into our church during a friday teens midweek. I met them and I introduced them to both our parents and youth ministry. They were quickly soaked into our fellowship as they saw and felt the love of Christ. Linda was first baptised last year. Then her son, Jack, followed. On 23 March 2012, her daughter decided to make Jesus the Lord of her life. Now their whole family are complete in Christ. To God be the glory. Amen!
Shermaine’s Baptism 11 March 2012
Break Through! Sharmaine was baptised last Sunday 11 March. When she first came to the youth ministry, she was very reluctant and not eager to study the bible. However, going to the Bali Youth Retreat June last year, softened her heart. Truly God broke through her heart and she was able to see God’s love through the other disciples during the retreat. Sharmaine is the third child of Kenneth and the final child to be baptised into the kingdom. Congratulations and may God be the glory. Amen!
Sarah Tan’s baptism 17 Feb 2012
Sarah is the youngest daughter of one of our deacons. With her baptism, all the members of the Tan family are now in the kingdom. We appreciate their love and faithfulness to God.
Claire’s Baptism 17 Dec 2011
Claire was the last girl to be baptised in the youth ministry in 2011. She is a joy and is always smiling and encouraging. We are so happy for her baptism.
